Shipping & Handling
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We use 'best-way' shipping to deliver your order timely and cost-effectively. From time to time, we will change the carrier (often times at additional expense to Rocky & Maggie's, Inc.) to ensure quick delivery. Rest assured that your package will arrive as quickly as we can deliver it.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Shipping costs will not be refunded for orders returned due to customer error (selected the incorrect size, color or just not happy with the product). In addition, a 15% restocking fee may be assessed for returned items that were ordered due to customer error or 'buyer's remorse'.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
No returns will be accepted for orders without an RMA or for any order with a receipt from more than 14 days prior to the RMA request.
